How to delete your Sayli account
You can delete your account yourself in the app in under a minute, or ask us to do it for you by email.
- 1Open Sayli and go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- 2Confirm the phone number linked to the account.
- 3Give a reason (optional) and tap “Delete account”.
- 4No access to the app? Write to us at [email protected] with the phone number of the account — we’ll confirm the request with you and delete it by hand within 72 hours.
After deletion, every message, contact and media file is erased for good within 30 days. Recovery is not possible.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, username, profile photos and bio.
- Your cloud chats — messages, photos, videos, voice messages and files.
- Your synced contacts.
- Your login email and password recovery email.
What may remain
- Messages you sent to other people stay in their chat history until they delete them.
- Security records — IP addresses and the devices you used — are kept for no longer than 12 months to fight spam and abuse.
- A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting the account — cancel it in the store.
